3- Complete night sleep. It is also necessary to have a good night sleep to be able to conquer sleepiness and tiredness. Lack of sleep may result to daytime drowsiness and sleepiness. The body repair damaged cells at night and if you are sleep deprived, your body cannot restore damaged cells. Sleep and wake up at the same time everyday to create a good sleeping pattern.
4- Meditation. Give yourself a quiet time to relax and meditate. Stress is the major cause of fatigue and meditation will help your mind to relax and release stress.

5- Physical activity. Physically active people are less likely to suffer from chronic tiredness than sedentary people. Exercise and sports activities promote good oxygen and blood circulation making your body healthy and more energetic. Physical activity is a good way to release stress and combat sleepiness and tiredness.
